Job summary

Baton, the Ryder Technology Lab, is seeking a Talent Lead to build and oversee a recruiting team while delivering high-quality hires across technical and non-technical roles. You will partner with hiring managers, own a portfolio from kickoff to close, and scale processes with the team in a hands-on leadership role.

You will source for challenging roles, coach your team, and drive improvements in our hiring systems and partnerships.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of talent acquisition experience in a startup or similarly fast-paced technology organization.
• 3+ years leading and developing recruiting teams in a high-growth technical environment, including 3 full performance review cycles.
