Job summary

Rebuild is hiring a Talent Lead to build its hiring function from the ground up. You'll own full‑lifecycle recruiting across every function, starting with software engineering and account executives, reporting to leadership and shaping how we present ourselves to candidates in a competitive market.

You should be ready to contribute wherever necessary, building scalable processes and partnering with founders to hire the right people as we scale beyond Series A.

Qualifications

• Experience across the full recruiting lifecycle from sourcing through close.
• Ability to recruit for both technical and go-to-market roles.
• Experience in a venture-backed startup and as an external search partner is a plus.
• Track record of building or shaping hiring processes at early-stage or high-growth companies.
• Strong employer branding instincts and EVP development.

Responsibilities

• Own full-lifecycle recruiting across technical (software engineering) and go-to-market (account executives) roles, with more functions to follow.
• Shape our Employer Value Proposition to attract top talent.
• Build hiring infrastructure from scratch, including interview processes and scorecards.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and founders to understand role requirements and move quickly without sacrificing quality.
• Manage a multi-function pipeline balancing different candidate pools and sales cycles.
• Champion the candidate experience as an extension of the Rebuild brand.
