This individual contributor role reports to the COO and will gain real ownership over process, budget, and candidate strategy, with potential to build a team as we grow.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience across industries.
• Proactive sourcing for senior or hard-to-fill roles.
• Sharp instincts for reading people in interviews and culture fit.
• Comfort with data, funnels, and identifying bottlenecks.
• Builder mindset: creating a function from scratch and scaling it.

Responsibilities

• Own the Job Ad from start to finish, reflect company voice, and partner with hiring leaders.
• Diagnose underperforming ads and improve performance using AI tools and resources.
• Manage a self-serve ad budget up to $500/month to boost postings.
