Job summary

Gallup is seeking a part-time Talent Analyst candidate to conduct structured, over-the-phone interviews across roles and industries. You will analyze responses using Gallup’s validated frameworks and deliver concise results to guide client hiring decisions.

The role supports scheduling, collaborates with analysts, and trains to grow expertise in Gallup’s talent science. On-site at the Omaha office is preferred, with the option for flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree within 75 miles of Omaha, NE.
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus (Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Italian, or Polish).
• Available to work at least 15 hours per week, including Fridays, weekends, and after 4 p.m.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured, over-the-phone interviews with candidates across roles and industries.
• Analyze and code interview responses using Gallup’s validated selection frameworks.
• Deliver clear, accurate interview results to support client hiring decisions.
• Assist with interview scheduling and coordination when not conducting interviews.
• Collaborate with talent analysts and scheduling partners to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Build expertise in Gallup’s talent science through training, feedback and practice.
