Gallup is accepting applications through Oct. 30, 2026, for the summer 2027 internship.

You will join an advisory team applying Gallup's research to help organizations create better workplaces, develop stronger leaders, and improve lives and performance. We invest in your business knowledge, presentation skills, survey data analysis and delivering key recommendations to leaders, while focusing on your strengths and career development.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in an undergraduate program within a 250-mile radius of Washington, D.C.
• Experience in project management, business development, fundraising, recruitment, sales or entrepreneurial efforts in school, volunteering, internships or professional work.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and outstanding performance in education, volunteer activities or professional work.
• Anticipated graduation by spring 2028.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week for 12 weeks during summer 2027.
• On-site at Gallup's Washington, D.C., office Monday through Thursday; remote on Friday.
• Eligibility to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship.

You'll be part of an advisory team that brings Gallup's research and insights to life, helping organizations create better workplaces, develop stronger leaders, and improve the lives and performance of their people.

We will invest in your business knowledge, presentation skills, survey data analysis and delivery of key recommendations to organizational leaders, all while focusing on your strengths and career development.

What You Need

• Enrollment in an undergraduate program at a college or university within a 250-mile radius of Washington, D.C., required

• A commitment to working on-site at Gallup's Washington, D.C., office Monday through Thursday required, with the option to work remotely on Friday
• Eligibility to work in the United States; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
