Job summary

Gallup is seeking a part-time Talent Analyst candidate to conduct structured, over-the-phone interviews across roles and industries. You will analyze responses using Gallup’s validated frameworks and deliver concise results to guide client hiring decisions.

The role supports scheduling, collaborates with analysts, and trains to grow expertise in Gallup’s talent science. On-site at the Omaha office is preferred, with the option for flexible hours.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree within 75 miles of Omaha, NE.
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus (Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Italian, or Polish).
• Available to work at least 15 hours per week, including Fridays, weekends, and after 4 p.m.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Assist with interview scheduling and coordination when not conducting interviews
• Collaborate closely with fellow talent analysts and scheduling partners to ensure a seamless candidate experience
• Continuously build expertise in Gallup’s talent science through training, feedback and practice

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree, preferably in psychology, business, management, entrepreneurship, or related field
• Availability to work at least 15 hours per week, including consistent shifts on Fridays, weekends, and after 4 p.m.
• Ability to work independently in a quiet, confidential environment when conducting interviews after training; working on-site at Gallup’s Omaha office preferred
• Curiosity for driving process improvement using AI is a plus
• Fluency in Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Italian, or Polish is a plus
• Eligibility to work in the U.S.; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
