Job description

Help organizations make better hiring decisions.

As a talent analyst at Gallup, you’ll play a critical role in shaping how organizations hire — one of the most important decisions they make. Working with clients across industries and roles, you’ll lead structured interviews, listen deeply for patterns of talent, and translate what you hear into clear, confident insights that help leaders choose the right people for the right roles.

Using Gallup’s selection science, you’ll move beyond résumés and surface-level experience to identify how individuals naturally think, feel and behave at work. Your critical thinking and influential feedback will directly affect hiring outcomes that drive performance, engagement and long-term success for organizations around the world.

If you’re fascinated by people, motivated by making meaningful contributions and eager to learn how talent drives performance, this is your opportunity — apply today!

What You’ll Do
  • Conduct structured, over-the-phone interviews with candidates across roles and industries
  • Analyze and code interview responses using Gallup’s validated selection frameworks
  • Deliver clear, accurate interview insights to clients to support their hiring decisions
  • Become certified in Gallup’s research, tools and selection science through training, feedback and practical experience
  • Collaborate with a highly engaged team committed to quality, consistency and client impact
Who We Want
  • Insightful listeners who hear what people mean — not just what they say — and naturally put others at ease during conversations
  • Objective thinkers who evaluate people fairly, recognize patterns in behavior and separate evidence from assumptions
  • People enthusiasts who are deeply curious about what makes individuals successful and energized by learning how others think and act
  • Clear communicators who love to talk on the phone and can translate complex interview information into concise, accurate summaries others can trust
  • Dependable contributors who show up prepared, manage their time well and can always be counted on
What You Need
  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in education, communication, business, psychology or a related professional field
  • Three years of work experience in a professional setting, such as business, nonprofit, entrepreneurial or education, required
  • Curiosity for driving process improvement using AI is a plus
  • Fluency in Spanish, French, Portuguese, German, Italian, Polish or another language is a plus
  • A commitment to working on‑site at Gallup’s Omaha office at least three days per week required
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. required; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
What You’ll Experience
  • Mission‑driven work: Make a meaningful difference in the world with your unique contributions, commitment to service and exceptional outcomes.
  • An empowering culture: Collaborate with smart, passionate people who love what they do and welcome your ideas, perspectives and experiences.
  • Learning and development: Grow in your career as we invest in what you do best, encourage curiosity and create an environment where it’s safe — and expected — to challenge the status quo.
  • Brand strength, startup energy: Thrive in an innovative environment backed by a trusted brand.
  • A vibrant workplace: Enjoy an on‑site cafeteria, fitness center, federal credit union and state‑of‑the‑art child development center, all on a beautiful downtown Omaha campus along the Missouri River.
