Gallup's consulting internship offers a blend of learning, research, and delivering impactful work for real clients in Omaha. You will join an advisory team that translates Gallup's insights into practical workplace improvements and leadership development.

You’ll gain business knowledge, presentation skills, and experience with survey data analysis while delivering key recommendations to organizational leaders during the 12-week program and may receive an offer for a full-time role based on

Qualifications

• Enrollment in an undergraduate program within 250 miles of Omaha.
• Experience in project management, business development, fundraising, recruitment, sales or entrepreneurial efforts.
• Demonstrated leadership in education, volunteer activities or professional work.
• Anticipated graduation by spring 2028.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week for 12 weeks during Summer 2027.
• On-site work at Gallup's Omaha office Monday–Thursday with optional remote Friday.
• Eligibility to work in the United States; not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Job description

Gallup's consulting internship is a combination of learning, researching and executing important work for real clients. You'll be part of an advisory team that brings Gallup's research and insights to life, helping organizations create better workplaces, develop stronger leaders, and improve the lives and performance of their people.

We will invest in your business knowledge, presentation skills, survey data analysis and delivery of key recommendations to organizational leaders, all while focusing on your strengths and career development.

What You Need

• Enrollment in an undergraduate program at a college or university within a 250-mile radius of Omaha required
• Experience in project management, business development, fundraising, recruitment, sales or entrepreneurial efforts in school, volunteering, internships or professional work required
• Demonstrated leadership experience and outstanding performance in education, volunteer activities or professional work required
• Anticipated graduation by spring 2028 required
• Availability to work 40 hours per week for 12 weeks during the summer of 2027 required
• A commitment to working on-site at Gallup's Omaha office Monday through Thursday required, with the option to work remotely on Friday
• Eligibility to work in the United States; this position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
