Qualifications

• Be enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree.
• Be at least 18 years old and have unrestricted work authorization.
• Preference for coursework in HR, organizational behavior, analytics, project management, or process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain an Airtable base to track assessment-certified facilitators and improve data quality.
• Develop and maintain quarterly reporting templates for coaching engagements and assessment usage.
• Own day-to-day maintenance of the BetterUp Hypesite content, FAQs, and resources.
• Maintain calendars of Executive Development events and update assessment history.
• Create and organize SOPs and a central repository of program materials.
• Craft education and marketing materials for People & Culture, Talent & Growth, and end users.
