Job summary

Etched is seeking interns for Summer ’26, Fall ’26, and Summer ’27 to support early-career hiring in San Jose, CA. Join an in-person team with daily meals, housing assistance for relocation, and direct mentorship from industry leaders.

You’ll help shape sourcing campaigns, university partnerships, and candidate experiences while coordinating events and content for top talent. This paid 12-week internship invites passionate builders to contribute to frontier AI hardware and software initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, sourcing, events, marketing, or community building.
• Strong instincts for identifying and engaging exceptional people.
• Excellent communication and project-management skills.
• High attention to detail and comfort in a fast-changing environment.
• Willingness to travel for events.

Responsibilities

• Help execute Etched’s internship and new-grad hiring strategy.
• Identify exceptional students through universities, technical communities, and unconventional channels.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders on targeted outreach.
• Plan private events across the country for high-potential students.
• Build relationships with university clubs, professors, and student leaders.
• Create memorable experiences that introduce candidates to Etched.
• Own guest lists, invitations, venues, logistics, and follow-up.
• Develop campaigns that make Etched stand out to top students.
• Source candidates through events, referrals, communities, and direct outreach.
• Create compelling early-career recruiting content.
• Track event engagement and recruiting conversion.
• Improve programs as Etched scales.
• Collaborate across recruiting, marketing, and leadership.
