Job summary

Disney Cruise Line - The Walt Disney Company is offering a Talent & Growth Intern role for Spring 2027 in Burbank, CA. The full-time six-month internship supports program operations, data management, and stakeholder support for coaching and assessment programs.

Responsibilities include maintaining data quality, developing reports, updating the BetterUp Hypesite, and creating SOPs and knowledge resources. Eligible students gain hands-on experience in a global entertainment company.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a supervised setting.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data, documentation, and communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for partner-facing updates and materials.
• Curiosity and willingness to learn new systems and processes in a global entertainment company.
• Basic calendar management and coordination across multiple stakeholders.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Help maintain data quality and reporting for coaching and assessment programs.
• Develop and maintain quarterly reporting templates for coaching engagements and usage.
• Maintain BetterUp Hypesite content, FAQs, and resources.
• Manage calendars for Executive Development events and records.
• Create SOPs and a central repository of program materials.
• Support education and marketing content for People & Culture and Talent & Growth.
