Qualifications

• Experience in marketing, promotions, or public relations.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Mac platform.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Knowledge of Recruitment Marketing as a business area.
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute integrated recruitment marketing campaigns and postings.
• Coordinate media placements and collateral with partners and vendors.
• Plan and coordinate photo/video shoots and logistics.
• Support conference strategies and deliver booth collateral to clients.
• Collaborate with account managers and recruiters to meet staffing objectives globally.
• Prepare research and market intelligence for marketing tactics.
