Responsibilities

• Support HR project work and/or lead initiatives among cross-functional teams as assigned.
• Understand employer branding and the employee value proposition to attract and retain talent.
• Shadow a full-lifecycle recruiter on how to recruit and hire.
• Gain an understanding of how Talent Acquisition partners with the business.
• Learn business processes within Workday.
