The role focuses on recruiting and developing qualified associates to meet staffing needs and drive growth, while coordinating job-related activities and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships. This position emphasizes supervising and mentoring associates, ensuring policy compliance, and promoting a culture of belonging and integrity across the organization.

Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with stakeholders to recruit and develop qualified associates.
• Oversees job-related activities and assigns duties to meet staffing needs and company growth.
• Identify and communicate goals, build accountability, and measure progress toward results.
• Address improvement opportunities and promote continuous learning.
• Supervise and develop associates through mentoring, training, and recognition.
• Ensure compliance with policies and ethics while supporting Walmart values.
• Foster a culture of belonging and collaboration across teams.
