Walmart is seeking a staffing and operations leader at 204 Town Center Rd, Fayetteville, WV 25840. The role focuses on coordinating staffing, supervising associates, mentoring, and building a culture of belonging while upholding Walmart values and ethics.

You will oversee recruiting, development, and adherence to Open Door policy, drive continuous improvement, and ensure excellent customer service through strong team leadership and data-driven decisions.

Qualificações

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsabilidades

• Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training mentoring assigning duties providing recognition and promoting a belonging mindset in the workplace.
• Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission values and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans and Open Door Policy.
• Leads staffing and recruitment to meet customer and business needs and promotes continuous learning and improvement.
