Qualifications

• 2 years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years of general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.
• Firearms CBC and training may be required in relevant facilities.
• Attends and completes all required trainings (Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership via Live Better U and Bellevue University; experience supervising 5+ direct reports.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment and development of associates by building relationships with key stakeholders.
• Oversee job-related activities and ensure plans meet customer and business needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and the Open Door Policy; promote integrity and ethics.
• Foster a culture of belonging, recognizing contributions and developing talent.
• Lead with data, drive continuous improvement, and manage performance through mentoring and training.
