Walmart in Fayetteville, WV seeks a talent leader to recruit and develop associates, coordinate staffing plans, and align efforts with business goals. You will build relationships with store leadership, identify improvement opportunities, and promote a culture of belonging and accountability.

This role emphasizes integrity, data-driven decisions, and delivering for customers while maintaining Walmart’s Open Door policies.

Qualifications

2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
For facilities that sell firearms, I acknowledge that the position for which I am applying will require successful completion of a firearms- specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training.
Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsibilities

Recruit and develop qualified associates to meet staffing needs and drive growth.
Coordinate and oversee job-related activities by building relationships with stakeholders.
Support plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs, communicate goals, and measure progress.
Provide supervision and development opportunities by hiring, training, mentoring, and recognizing associates.
Ensure compliance with policies and uphold Walmart values and integrity.
