Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, acknowledgment of CBC and Firearms Authorized Training requirements; may require Certificate of Eligibility.
• Associates will attend and complete all job-required trainings and assessments.
• Preferred: Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership via Live Better U and Bellevue University; experience supervising 5+ direct reports including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.

Responsibilities

• Oversees job-related activities by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
• Supports plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates; mentoring and assigning duties.
• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures; upholds ethics and integrity and Open Door policy.
• Promotes a culture of belonging; builds trust and accountability among teams.
• Attracts, retains, and develops talent; recognizes contributions and inspires others.
• Acts with integrity and accountability; serves customers and associates while prioritizing EDLP/EDLC goals.
