Job summary

Divergent, a leading Tier 1 supplier in the Los Angeles area, is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent team. This role is a central point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless, world‑class experience throughout the recruitment process in a fast‑paced environment.

You will partner with recruiters to schedule interviews, coordinate logistics, maintain ATS data, and support posting jobs and events that showcase Divergent’s culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on candidate care.
• Proficient with ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever) and scheduling tools (Outlook, Google Workspace).
• Team-oriented, flexible, and eager to contribute to a mission-driven organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage scheduling of interviews and candidate communications.
• Coordinate interview logistics with recruiters and hiring managers.
• Maintain data in the ATS, monitor pipelines, and prepare candidate status reports.
• Assist in posting job descriptions and updating the career site.
• Support recruiting events to reflect Divergent’s culture.
• Identify opportunities to improve scheduling workflows and recruiting operations.
