Job summary

Divergent is building the new industrial age in Torrance, CA. We are seeking a Recruiter to own full-cycle recruitment across engineering, manufacturing, operations, and business functions in a hybrid role with 2 days onsite per week.

You will partner with hiring managers, craft job descriptions, source from active and passive channels, and lead high-integrity interview processes to deliver a white-glove candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruiting experience across technical and non-technical roles.
• Experience recruiting in aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing environments is a plus.
• Experience in high-growth, startup, or fast-paced teams with high hiring standards.
• Proven ability to run multiple searches and communicate with stakeholders effectively.
• Strong sourcing and closing skills, including passive candidates.
• Data-driven with experience using ATS platforms and sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for a wide range of roles including engineering, manufacturing, operations, and business functions.
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles, craft job descriptions, and align on recruiting strategies.
• Source and engage high-caliber candidates via active and passive channels.
• Run structured interview processes and ensure a high-touch candidate experience.
• Collaborate with People Ops, IT, and hiring teams to improve tools, workflows, and reporting.
• Track recruiting metrics and drive continuous improvement.
