Job summary

Divergent Technologies is seeking a highly organized Recruiting Coordinator to join our fast-paced Talent team in Torrance, CA. You will be the central point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, coordinating interviews, travel, and communications to ensure a world-class candidate journey.

You will partner with recruiters to manage scheduling, maintain accurate ATS data, and support employer branding and recruiting events while upholding confidentiality and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in recruiting coordination, HR, or administrative support.
• Ability to lawfully access information and technology that is subject to US export controls
• Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) and scheduling tools (e.g., Outlook, Google Workspace)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on candidate care
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS
• Experience in fast-paced start-up environments
• Experience supporting university recruiting or internship programs

Responsibilities

• Candidate Experience: Manage scheduling of interviews, candidate communication, and travel arrangements while ensuring a world-class candidate journey
• Hiring Team Support: Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to coordinate interview logistics, panel alignment, and feedback collection
• Process Management: Maintain accurate data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), monitor pipelines, and prepare candidate status reports
• Employer Branding: Assist in creating and posting job descriptions, career site updates, and support recruiting events or initiatives that showcase Divergent’s culture
• Operational Excellence: Identify opportunities to improve scheduling workflows, communication touchpoints, and recruiting operations
• Confidentiality: Handle sensitive candidate and company information with discretion and professionalism
