Divergent in Los Angeles seeks a Recruiting Coordinator to join our Talent team. You will be the central point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the recruitment process.

This role thrives in a fast-paced environment, partnering with recruiters to coordinate interviews, manage data in our ATS, and support events that showcase Divergent’s culture.

Qualifications

• Must be able to access information and tech subject to US export controls.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 1 year in recruiting coordination, HR, or admin support (tech or manufacturing environment preferred).
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Excellent communication and candidate-care mindset.
• Proficient with ATS platforms (Greenhouse/Lever) and scheduling tools (Outlook/Google Workspace).
• Team-first mindset with flexibility and mission-driven attitude.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview logistics and scheduling while ensuring a world-class candidate journey.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to align panels and collect feedback.
• Maintain accurate data in the ATS, monitor pipelines, and prepare status reports.
• Assist in creating and posting job descriptions and updating career sites.
• Identify opportunities to improve scheduling workflows and recruiting operations.
• Handle sensitive candidate and company information with discretion and professionalism.
