Southwest Tennessee Community College is seeking a Recruiter to raise awareness of programs and enroll prospective students across high schools and community events. The role involves travel between campuses, evening and weekend coverage, and bilingual English/Spanish communication.
The Recruiter will manage a recruitment territory, provide enrollment funnel data, conduct campus tours, advise new students, and enter data into the SIS. Strong collaboration with Enrollment Services is required.

This is a full-time position reporting to the Assistant Director of Recruitment and K-12 Partnerships. The Recruiter creates awareness and disseminates information about the programs of study at Southwest Tennessee Community College to prospective high school and adult students and the mid-south community through recruitment events held at area high schools, community events and programs hosted by Southwest Tennessee Community College. He/she may work some evenings and weekends as needed; travels between the two main campuses, site locations; and travels mostly within the state for attendance at professional meetings. He/she will need to be bilingual in English and Spanish.
