Job summary

Caring for Others is seeking a Talent Operations Partner to translate strategy into practical training, onboarding, and orientation. You will standardize processes across locations and support recruiting for administrative roles as needed.

You will lead hands-on training, develop role-specific resources, and ensure compliance with employment regulations, HIPAA best practices, and company policies. A collaborative, detail-oriented professional will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in HR, Talent, or People Operations with hands-on training/onboarding experience.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills to engage employees at all levels.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities with multiple initiatives.
• Ability to translate strategy into practical, repeatable processes and hands-on execution.
• Detail-oriented with ownership over training quality and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic direction into concrete processes, resources, and tools.
• Lead hands-on training and onboarding for staff across the organization.
• Host new hire orientation with a consistent, engaging first-day/week experience.
• Create role-specific onboarding guides and rollout plans.
• Standardize Talent processes across departments and locations.
• Ensure training/compliance aligns with employment regulations and HIPAA practices.
• Partner with leadership to implement Talent tools and gather feedback.
• Recruit for administrative positions as needed while focusing on training/execution.
