Job summary

Caring for Others is seeking a Talent Operations Partner to translate strategy into scalable processes, lead hands-on training, and host orientation. You will support recruiting for administrative roles and help standardize Talent practices across locations.

Ideal candidates bring hands-on training experience, strong facilitation, and a detail-oriented approach to maintain training quality and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on training, onboarding, or orientation program delivery experience.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills in front of all staff levels.
• Ability to translate strategy into repeatable processes and tools.
• Detail-oriented with ownership of training quality and consistency.

Responsibilities

• Translate talent strategy into concrete processes, resources, and tools.
• Lead hands-on training for team members and ensure readiness.
• Host new hire orientation with a consistent first-day experience.
• Create role-specific onboarding guides and rollout plans.
• Standardize Talent processes across departments and locations.
• Support compliance with company policies and employment regulations.
• Partner with leaders to implement Talent tools and gather feedback.
