Job summary

ebs recruiters LLC is seeking a Talent Management Specialist to lead full-cycle recruiting and support onboarding, training, and employee development. This role builds candidate pipelines, delivers an effective onboarding experience, and administers learning programs, serving as a trusted HR resource to employees and managers.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HR with recruiting and onboarding responsibilities, solid knowledge of employment laws, and proficiency with LMS/HRIS and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience with recruiting and onboarding.
• Experience managing multiple openings and partnering with hiring managers.
• Experience with onboarding and talent management programs.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Proficiency with MS Office and HRIS/LMS systems.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles and communicate with candidates and managers.
• Source active and passive candidates to meet current and future needs.
• Develop candidate pipelines through networking and relationships.
• Partner with managers to align talent needs with strategies.
• Evaluate recruiting initiatives and suggest improvements.
• Lead new hire onboarding to ensure a welcoming experience.
• Maintain up-to-date job descriptions with responsibilities and qualifications.
• Administer LMS and training programs; identify learning needs.
• Create training materials and content as needed.
• Serve as HR resource and assist with employee relations and confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR best practices.
• Support additional HR and talent initiatives.
