Job summary

Lifepoint Health in Brentwood, TN seeks a Talent Strategy & Program Manager to lead enterprise talent programs onsite. You will translate business needs into scalable, data-informed solutions that strengthen leadership pipelines and organizational performance.

The role partners with People Services, HRIS, and Learning teams to drive adoption, improve employee experience, and advance workforce capability while leveraging analytics and AI-enabled tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in organizational development, HR, business administration, IO psychology, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in talent management, organizational development, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading enterprise talent initiatives and using workforce analytics to influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise talent programs, succession planning, and performance management processes.
• Design and improve talent and performance programs, tools, and communications.
• Facilitate talent reviews, calibration sessions, and leadership planning activities.
• Analyze engagement and organizational health data to identify risks and opportunities.
• Partner with HR and People Services teams to drive adoption and continuous improvement.
