Job summary

ECG Management Consultants in Minneapolis is seeking a Talent Development Manager to design and deliver enterprise-wide learning and leadership initiatives that strengthen leadership effectiveness, grow talent, and improve engagement.

The role translates organizational priorities into innovative learning solutions, coaches leaders across levels, and uses data-driven insights to measure impact and guide strategy in partnership with HR and business leaders. Travel up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational development, psychology, education, business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in talent development, L&D, leadership development, or related HR fields.
• Experience designing and facilitating leadership development and manager training programs.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, healthcare, or matrixed orgs.
• Experience coaching leaders and managers at multiple levels.
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and group coaching skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and build cross-functional partnerships.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication.

Responsibilities

• Create learning journeys that build critical leadership capabilities and include coaching, feedback, accountability.
• Partner with business leaders to identify leadership development needs and align solutions.
• Evaluate program effectiveness using feedback and business outcomes.
• Design and deliver manager training programs and coaching for leaders.
• Develop tools and guides to strengthen manager capability and confidence.
• Collaborate with HR to support career development, talent reviews, and succession planning.
• Establish metrics to assess development program effectiveness and impact.
