Job summary

O'Melveny & Myers LLP in the United States seeks a Talent Development Operations professional to streamline recruiting, onboarding, and development across offices. You will lead centralized processes, update tracking systems, and partner with Human Resources to enhance retention and performance.

The role reports to the Director of Talent Development Operations and requires strong analytic skills, attention to detail, and a service-oriented approach to support attorneys and business professionals

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Significant attorney recruiting experience, preferably within a law firm.
• Experience managing full-cycle lateral attorney recruiting, ideally for associate- and counsel-level hiring.
• Strong knowledge of the legal recruiting market, including search firm relationships and lateral hiring practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with attorneys, senior leadership, candidates, and external recruiters.
• Strong project management, organizational, and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple searches and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Analytical mindset with experience tracking recruiting metrics and using data to inform hiring strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment.Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office applications."],
