Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Significant experience in attorney recruiting, preferably within a law firm or professional services.
• Experience managing full-cycle lateral attorney recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of the legal recruiting market, including search firm relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with attorneys, leadership, candidates, and recruiters.
• Strong project management, organizational, and follow-up skills with multiple searches.
• Analytical mindset with experience tracking recruiting metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professionalism, discretion, and sound judgment; proficiency with ATS and MS Office.

Aufgaben

• Partner with leadership to anticipate and assess hiring needs for lateral associates and counsel.
• Translate needs into prioritized search plans and hire approvals.
• Manage full-cycle lateral attorney recruiting for approved searches.
• Draft postings, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews and offers.
• Develop strong candidate pipelines through referrals, firms, and direct sourcing.
• Coordinate relationships with search firms and set expectations for quality and responsiveness.
• Communicate priorities to search firms and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Review materials, facilitate interviews, and evaluate feedback.
• Provide market intelligence and hiring recommendations to firm leadership.
• Support due diligence, conflicts checks, and offer documentation.
• Partner on interview scheduling, onboarding, orientation, and integration.
• Collaborate with Talent Development, HR, Conflicts, and others to ensure a seamless process.
