O’Melveny & Myers LLP is seeking a Talent Development Operations professional to support attorney recruiting, onboarding, development, wellbeing, engagement, and retention across US offices.

The role partners with Talent Development and HR to streamline workflows, build scalable templates, and deliver centralized reporting and systems administration that boost efficiency and consistency firm-wide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Significant experience in attorney recruiting, preferably in a law firm or professional services.
• Strong knowledge of the legal recruiting market and search firm relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple searches and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle lateral attorney recruiting processes.
• Draft job postings and coordinate interviews and offers.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through referrals and direct sourcing.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and report metrics.
• Collaborate with practice groups and partners to align hiring priorities.
• Support due diligence, conflicts checks, and onboarding paperwork.
