Reporting to the Director of Talent Development Operations, the role involves workflows, centralization, data reporting, systems administration, and cross-office coordination to improve efficiency and candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Significant experience in attorney recruiting, preferably within a law firm or professional services.
• Strong knowledge of the legal recruiting market and existing search-firm relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle lateral attorney recruiting processes for approved searches.
• Draft job postings, source candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage offers and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines; build relationships with search firms and external recruiters.
• Provide hiring market intelligence and data-driven recommendations to Firm leadership.
• Partner with local teams on interview scheduling, onboarding, and long-term integration.
• Collaborate with Talent Development, HR, Conflicts, and other teams to ensure a seamless process.
