Job summary

O’Melveny & Myers LLP seeks a Talent Development Operations professional to provide centralized operational support for attorney recruitment, onboarding, development, wellbeing, engagement, and retention. This role reports to the Director of Talent Development Operations and collaborates across Talent Development, Human Resources, and other firm teams.

The successful candidate will help evaluate workflows, create scalable templates and reporting tools, and strengthen recruiting and retention

Qualifications

• Experience in attorney or professional services recruiting considered a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with ability to track recruiting metrics.

Responsibilities
