Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Significant experience in attorney recruiting, preferably within a law firm.
• Experience managing full-cycle lateral attorney recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of the legal recruiting market and search firm relationships.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience tracking recruiting metrics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle lateral attorney recruiting process for approved searches.
• Draft job postings, lead candidate sourcing and screening, coordinate interviews and offers.
• Develop and maintain strong candidate pipelines through referrals and direct sourcing.
• Collaborate with Talent Development, HR, and search firms to deliver a seamless process.
• Provide market intelligence and practical hiring recommendations to Firm leadership.
