Job summary

Rowan Digital Infrastructure is seeking a Manager, Talent Development & People Programs in Denver to lead enterprise onboarding and learning experience design. You will own end-to-end onboarding strategy, design scalable frameworks, and partner with People Operations to deliver a consistent, engaging new hire experience across a distributed workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development or related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in learning and development or instructional design.
• Experience designing end-to-end onboarding programs or significant lifecycle initiatives.
• Experience facilitating workshops/learning sessions virtually, blended, and in person.
• Proficiency with learning technology tools and content authoring.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve enterprise onboarding strategy and new employee experience roadmap.
• Develop a scalable onboarding framework supporting rapid growth across a distributed workforce.
• Lead onboarding projects from concept through implementation with cross-functional teams.
• Partner with People Operations to coordinate onboarding activities across systems.
• Design and facilitate Day 1 orientation and the new hire feedback system.
• Build and maintain onboarding program components such as journeys, job aids, and guides.
