Job summary

Rowan Digital Infrastructure, a Denver-based data center solutions company, is seeking a Manager of Talent Development & People Programs to lead onboarding and learning design. Reporting to the Director, this role owns enterprise onboarding strategy, develops engaging new hire experiences, and designs performance-driven development solutions for a hybrid, distributed workforce.

The position offers a 3-day in-office schedule in Denver, up to 20% travel, and a compensation range of $105K–$125K

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Learning & Development, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, HR, or related field.
• 5–8 years of progressive experience in learning and development or instructional design.
• Experience designing end-to-end onboarding programs or employee lifecycle initiatives.
• Experience facilitating workshops virtually, blended, and in-person.
• Experience building scalable programs in a high-growth, hybrid environment.
• Strong content development and design skills for digital and blended formats.
• Proficiency with HR systems, LMS/LXP platforms, surveys, and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Lead Learning Experience Design across the pillar, applying performance consulting and design principles.
• Own and improve enterprise onboarding strategy and Day 90 framework.
• Design and facilitate onboarding sessions and Day 1 orientation.
• Partner with People Operations to coordinate onboarding activities and systems.
• Develop dashboards and success metrics to evaluate program impact.
• Drive vendor management and continuous improvement across programs.
