Job summary

Rowan Digital Infrastructure in Denver is seeking a Senior Talent Development & People Programs Manager to shape employee experience, culture, and learning across the enterprise. You will lead employee listening, culture enablement, recognition, and mentoring, partnering with leadership to accelerate growth in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

This role reports to the Director and offers a hybrid work arrangement, travel up to 20%, and a compensation range of $125k–$150k with bonus

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in organizational development, people programs, employee experience, or culture with end-to-end ownership of programs.
• Experience designing or managing employee engagement/listening strategies, recognition programs, mentoring programs, or culture enablement initiatives.
• Experience using employee survey/listening data to identify priorities and make recommendations for action.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with senior leaders, diagnose needs, earn credibility, and influence.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve Rowan's employee listening strategy, including surveys and action planning; partner with People Operations on analytics.
• Enable leader-owned action planning and manager enablement resources.
• Maintain a year-round listening cadence integrating surveys and data into organizational intelligence.
• Interpret data with People Ops to identify priorities and risks and recommend actions.
• Partner with People Ops on vendor relationships and platform operations.
• Develop culture programs aligned to Guiding Principles and strategic priorities.
• Embed Guiding Principles in hiring, onboarding, performance, recognition, development, and promotion.
• Create campaigns with Internal Communications to translate culture priorities into behaviors.
• Design leader toolkits for culture enablement and onboarding resources.
• Lead or partner in vendor selection and ongoing relationship management.
• Develop dashboards and success measures; report on program outcomes.
