Rowan Digital Infrastructure Pty Ltd in Denver, CO is seeking a Senior Talent Development & People Programs Manager to lead four interconnected domains: leadership development, performance management, career development, and team effectiveness consulting. The role requires strategic thinking, influence across the organization, and execution in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment.

The position offers a 3‑day hybrid in‑office schedule, travel up to 20%, and a compensation range of $125K–$150K

Formación

• 8+ years in leadership development, organizational development, or talent management with end‑to‑end program ownership.
• Experience designing blended leadership development programs/experiences.
• Experience owning or significantly managing a performance management cycle including calibration and framework improvement.
• Experience facilitating team effectiveness sessions with senior audiences.
• Ability to consult with senior leaders to diagnose organizational challenges and translate needs into people solutions.
• Experience scaling programs in high-growth or hybrid environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead leadership development strategy across all levels and translate priorities into scalable learning solutions.
• Design, deliver, and evaluate leadership development and manager transition programs.
• Own and evolve Rowan's performance management framework and calibration processes.
• Create and maintain career development resources and internal mobility touchpoints.
• Serve as an internal team development consultant and diagnose challenges to propose targeted interventions.
• Develop dashboards and track success metrics; drive data‑informed improvements.
