Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of HR experience including employee relations, compliance, policy administration and engagement.
- SPHR/PHR preferred; union environment experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver HR consultative services to leaders and employees; support talent management and development.
- Partner with hiring managers to support staffing and workforce planning.
- Lead local execution of talent management and succession planning; ensure mobility of talent.
