Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with program planning, logistics, and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to analyze program data and create concise reports.
• Strong presentation and training material development skills.

Responsibilities

• Support planning, coordination, and growth of career pipeline and talent development programs (HR Academy, Management Academy, Leadership Institute).
• Assist with coordinating program logistics, communications, registration, attendance, and event execution.
• Maintain and analyze program data using Excel spreadsheets.
• Develop engaging presentations, training materials, reports, and event communications using PowerPoint.
• Assist in delivery of recruitment, outreach, and workforce development events.
• Collaborate with agency partners and stakeholders to support workforce initiatives.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and program evaluations to enable data-driven decisions.
• Support special projects related to talent development and organizational effectiveness.
• Assist with event planning, scheduling, and post-event follow-up.
