- Associates will attend and complete required trainings and assessments.
Responsibilities

- Supports plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs and communicates goals and objectives.
- Builds accountability and measures progress in achieving results; identifies improvement opportunities and demonstrates adaptability.
- Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring, training, mentoring and recognizing performance.
