• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Training may be required.
• Associates will attend job-required trainings such as Academy trainings and Open Door trainings.

Responsibilities

• Develops and mentors associates; hires and trains staff; assigns duties and provides recognition to promote belonging.
• Oversees staffing plans and recruiting to meet customer and business needs.
• Ensures compliance with Walmart policies and ethics while supporting the Open Door policy.
• Drives performance and accountability through data-informed decisions and continuous improvement.
