Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Human Resources, Adult Learning, Learning and Development, or related field is preferred.
• Seven plus years of related experience.
• Three plus years of management experience.
• Human Resources experience in the retail industry with innovative practice concerning talent development.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Excellent written, verbal, and facilitation skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Develops, manages, and executes strategic, operational, and technological direction of the learning enterprise.
• Aligns learning initiatives with business goals and builds annual learning roadmaps and development plans.
• Partners with stakeholders to cultivate a learning culture and drives leadership development.
• Oversees performance calibration and review processes to meet business needs.
• Leads learning models focused on competencies and talent gaps to meet strategic objectives.
• Coordinates succession planning and high-potential programs.
