Qualifications

• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Education, or related field.
• Experience planning, managing, and executing leadership development programs or experiences.
• Experience supporting high-potential, leadership, executive, or talent development initiatives.
• Strong program and project management experience with multiple priorities.
• Experience partnering with executives, external providers, coaches, faculty, and cross-functional teams.
• Experience using feedback, surveys, and data insights to evaluate program effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Forecast training demand and plan schedules to meet business needs.
• Design, deliver, and measure leadership development programs and experiences.
• Partner with HR, business, and learning leaders; interface with executives and external providers.
• Manage day-to-day operations of learning solutions and coordinate internal processes.
• Monitor and report on program effectiveness and impact on performance.
• Ensure a seamless, impactful participant experience across programs.
