Overview
Our client is seeking a Talent Development Program Manager to manage their performance conversation and talent calibration programs. This role involves close collaboration with the HRIS team to support Workday configuration, reporting, and data integrity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering manager and HR business partner enablement, providing program metrics and analytics, and partnering with the total rewards team for annual rewards planning. The position also includes supporting the launch of a new manager development program by updating materials, drafting communications, and coordinating scheduling.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end performance conversation program and talent calibration processes.
- Partner with the HRIS team on Workday setup, configuration updates, and comprehensive reporting.
- Develop, deliver, and continuously improve enablement session materials for managers and HR business partners.
- Generate metrics and analytical reports to inform program effectiveness and identify trends.
- Collaborate with the total rewards team to support their enablement efforts for annual rewards planning.
- Support the launch of an upcoming manager training program by updating training decks, program documentation, and communication materials.
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics with Centers of Excellence (COEs) and key stakeholders.
- Track program progress and manage follow-ups to ensure successful implementation.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience managing performance management and talent calibration programs.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable reports and insights.
- Highly organized with an aptitude for managing multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Strong working knowledge of Workday.
- Skilled in learning design and instructional design, with the capability to craft engaging enablement experiences.
- Exceptional collaboration, communication, and interpersonal skills, adept at working cross-functionally with HR, compensation, and business partners.
