Walmart is seeking a supervisor-level role at our Liverpool, NY location to recruit, train and develop associates, coordinate staffing initiatives, and uphold the company's values. Formación

• 2 years of college or equivalent experience plus supervisory experience
• At least 1 year retail experience with 1 year supervisory experience (or 2 years of general work with 1 year supervisory experience)
• Preference for Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership via Live Better U/Bellevue University
• Complete required trainings and assessments (Academy trainings, Open Door trainings)

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and oversee job-related activities by engaging stakeholders to meet staffing needs
• Recruit, hire, train, mentor and develop associates to support growth and achieve goals
• Promote a culture of belonging, accountability and continuous learning across teams
• Ensure compliance with Walmart policies, ethics and Open Door policy in daily operations
• Deliver results while balancing customer and business priorities and drive process improvements
