Job summary

Spaulding Ridge is seeking a Talent Development Senior Associate to design, develop, facilitate, and evaluate North America talent development programs and support global learning strategy. You will own internship programming, manage the LMS, and collaborate with global colleagues and stakeholders to deliver consistent learning experiences.

Responsibilities include end-to-end program design, calendar leadership, and driving capability-building across consulting and technical tracks, with a focus

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in Learning and Development, Talent Development, enablement, organizational development, or a related field.
• Experience delivering learning programs in a professional services, consulting, technology, or fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience administering a learning management system; experience with Docebo or a comparable platform preferred.
• Working knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, facilitation, and learning evaluation.
• Strong project and program coordination skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for virtual and in-person sessions.

Responsibilities

• Independently own end-to-end design, development, coordination, facilitation, and evaluation of North American talent development programs.
• Lead the North American learning calendar and serve as primary program lead and facilitator for virtual and in-person learning experiences.
• Own the North American internship program from planning through completion with cross-functional partners.
• Consult with leaders to assess capability gaps and translate business needs into scalable learning solutions.
• Design and maintain curricula, facilitator guides, participant materials, eLearning, job aids, assessments, surveys, and reinforcement resources.
• Manage all aspects of program execution including plans, stakeholders, enrollment, vendors, and delivery logistics.
