USTA is seeking a Contract Talent Development Specialist to translate leadership insights into tailored learning initiatives. You will work from existing frameworks to design development programs that give employees the exact skills and coaching they need to grow in their roles.

You will curate L&D resources, analyze data to identify skill gaps, and create practical tools for managers to track progress. This is an onsite role at the corporate HQ in Purchase, NY, through the end of the year.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Learning & Development, Talent Management, or Coaching, with a focus on creating development programs.
• IDP expertise translating leader input and assessment data into measurable goals.
• Analytical and strategic thinking to identify trends and build programs.

Responsibilities

• Data Analysis & Deep Dives: review data to identify skill gaps and development needs across the organization.
• Curate L&D Programming: map resources to identified needs and recommended solutions.
• Actionable Tools for Managers: create simple guides so managers can support and track development goals.
