Job summary

Nintendo of America Inc. is seeking a Manager of Talent Development to lead a team that designs and delivers enterprise talent development programs.

You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and your team to ensure content, workshops, and tools are practical, engaging, and aligned with business needs. This hands-on leadership role focuses on coaching, content creation, stakeholder consultation, and shaping the strategy behind enterprise talent development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years delivering talent development, learning, or organizational development programs.
• Three+ years of people leadership, setting direction and coaching teams.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide programs with strategy, execution, and change adoption.

Responsibilities

• Develops and owns strategy and resource planning for enterprise talent development programs.
• Leads a team in design, development, delivery, and continuous improvement of talent development solutions.
• Establishes standards for content quality, facilitation, and participant experience; coaches the team accordingly.
• Oversees and refines development content, including presentations, workshops, guides, toolkits, and resources.
• Creates and facilitates high-impact development experiences for leaders and employees.
• Consults with business leaders and HR stakeholders to translate needs into actionable plans.
• Collects feedback and data to inform strategy and improve solutions.
• Leads stakeholder communication and change management to drive adoption and impact.
• Manages program plans, timelines, budgets, vendors, risks, and resources.
