Nintendo of America is seeking a Manager of Talent Development to lead the design, delivery, and governance of enterprise learning programs. You will coach a team, partner with HR and business leaders, and shape strategy to drive practical, measurable development across the organization.

The role requires strong judgment, learning expertise, and a commitment to actionable, high‑quality work that leaders and employees can use. Hybrid in Redmond, WA with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least eight (8) years driving business outcomes through talent development, learning, or HR programs.
• At least three (3) years of people leadership.
• Experience designing and delivering high-quality learning solutions for a corporate audience.

Responsibilities

• Develops and owns strategy and resource planning for enterprise talent development programs.
• Leads a team in design, development, delivery, and improvement of talent solutions.
• Sets standards for content quality, facilitation, and participant experience.
